IBM Case Manager Architect - ACM, Caseman, Filenet
My client, a leading international technology organisation, are looking for an experienced IBM Case Manager Architect to join their project for an initial 6 months based in Brussels.
Details are as follows:
Skills: Technical profile with knowledge of the Caseman platform, and architecture design/implementation experience
Tasks:
Covering the platform FileNet P8 and Case Manager components ACM ODM-BPM-IIB solution; including documentation.
Setup platform monitoring which includes performance monitoring and capacity planning (in alignment with STIB infrastructure team)
Evaluation of technical/functional change requests using the technical change management procedure
Setup of and supporting the Caseman service reporting and act as spokesperson towards the client (involved in the TWG)
Building platform and stream knowledge base in alignment with the Caseman Solution owner as input for L1 support
Document management:
Architecture solution and design principles
Test strategy, plan and descriptions (FAT)
User stories (functional baseline)
Technical training material
Meetings:
Technical Workgroup (assessment of technical and architecture changes)
