Role: Campaign Manager
Location: Central London
Day rate: Up to £350 via LTD
Contract length: 3 months, ASAP start
Purpose of the role:
Develop and lead the client's campaign strategy to support the business in achieving its revenue targets from new and existing customers across the South Western Railway network. Leadership and management of the campaign team and third party agencies to maximise effectiveness and deliver best value for money. Be part of a team developing, defining and refining South Western Railway's positioning and tone. Work with the revenue and insight teams, identifying growth opportunities for the brand and improving the effectiveness of our campaigns
Key responsibilities:
- Execute campaign strategy to deliver business revenue targets from new and existing customers.
- Deploy tailored audience and geography specific campaigns across business, leisure, commuter and product segments to grow patronage
- Effectively communicate the investment and improvements messages, tailored to different areas of the country
- Ensure the brand is effectively understood by customers
- Continually evaluate strategy, responding to customer insight and analytics to maximise return on investment and support customer value/customer satisfaction scores
- Leadership and management of campaigns team, third party media and advertising agencies to deliver best value for money
- Ensure a joined-up approach to campaign activity integrating with CRM, digital, communications and social media
- Ensure appropriate setting and tracking of commercial targets for all campaign activity
Needs to have proven skills and experience in:
- A comprehensive understanding of transport/tourism/leisure marketing
- Practical knowledge and experience of customer segmentation and how to create campaigns that stand out in a crowded market place
- A broad advertising campaigns background with extensive experience of media buying, campaign development and execution
- Proven success maximising campaign effectiveness and return on investment
- Able to foster strong teamwork, pulling together to deliver agreed objectives
- Focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
Needs to have the following, or equivalent qualifications;
- Degree level qualification in marketing
- May have advanced diploma and/or technical qualification
