UNICA Campaign Build Consultant - Contract (6 months+) - up to £390
Reporting directly to the Campaign Operations Manager, the Campaign Build Consultant is integral for the delivery of accurate customer data for marketing/service campaigns for stakeholders across the business. Through the use of our client's CRM Tool (IBM Campaign/Unica) selections will be best in class, efficient and to schedule. The role holder will also drive suggestions for better data uses and handle all related queries.
Key skills required:
- UNICA - building campaigns
- SQL - some experience of being able to write in SQL and speak in SQL terms
Desirable:
- Stakeholder management/good communication skills
- Knowledge of IBM Cloud Broadcast tool
Typical duties:
- Receiving a brief
- Building campaigns in UNICA
- Identifying gaps and feeding into the tech team
- Testing campaigns - UAT and end-to-end testing
- Interacting with local specialist
- Taking to local market for approval
- Ideal person will be organised, able to multitask as there may be several campaigns running simultaneously at any time, all at different stages
