Mortgage Consultant - Buy to Let
Permanent Opportunity

£20,000 - £25,000
Monday to Friday
RZ Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist mortgage provider for a Buy to let Mortgage Consultant to join them on a full time permanent basis.
You will have excellent customer service experience, a proficient knowledge/understanding of the Buy to Let Mortgage market and have the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide a non-advised sales service to landlord customers, offering guidance and information
* Helping to identify finance solutions
* Develop, build and maintain relationships
* Maintain professional standards and compliance with regulations
* Liaise with various business departments, including; New Business, Sales, Finance
Key Skills and Experience
* Evidenced knowledge of Buy to Let Mortgage Market
* Strong communication skills
* Relationship building/account managing experience
* Ideally will be CeMAP qualified or working towards
* Grace C or above Maths and English GCSE
