Based in Parramatta, this will be an initial 6 month contract paying between $48 and $55 per hour, experience depending.
My client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Strategy and Portfolio Development team.
Key Accountabilities:
Design, implement and coordinate comprehensive projects, programs, services and reporting that deliver effective business outcomes
Portfolio management, asset acquisition, development and revitalisation, asset information and support services and stakeholder relationship management.
Role specific capabilities:
Demonstrable capabilities in the implementation of projects and services in housing asset acquisition, development and portfolio management.
Role requires occasional business related travel
Undertake tasks that contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.
Collaborate with team members to undertake research and analysis to contribute to the development of key projects that ensure good business outcomes.
Support the project with various administrative functions including status updates, reports, budgets, arranging meetings. May require a relevant degree and
2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision
This role will have more of a focus on asset strategy. They will help analyse the asset portfolio to determine where and what should be built and will be helping plan for the future. Someone who wants to make an impact and leave a Legacy.
