Description

Murex Credit Derivative & Fixed Income BA

You will be a part of Murex Credit Business Analysts team with focus on Risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Working within a business analyst's team that delivers IT projects and support for Credit Derivatives and Fixed Income business lines
  • Provide Business Analysis, both technical and functional which covers the following areas:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level of support on Murex v2 and v3.
  • Project management for small and medium size projects
  • Maintain accurate reporting (cost and delays) on on-going projects
  • Work with developers to deliver solutions to Production problems and deliver new features to business.
  • Provide consulting services throughout the application development and support life cycle.
  • Involved in technical and functional projects related to Risk (including maintenance and evolutions of Curves configuration and EOD extractions for PnL, VAR, Stress, sensi, PLVar )
  • Requirements writing and functional documentation.
  • Syndication of the requirements with the end users.
  • Customers relationship managements
  • Coordination with development teams
  • Testing management and testing campaigns (executions and coordination)
  • Write and update documentation covering functional aspects of/around the Murex platforms and business processes.
  • Share knowledge and coach newcomers, leverage his expertise through a continuous training program.

Expected experience and knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, specifically Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Repos and Interest Rate Derivatives.
  • Strong understanding in Risk management.
  • Good knowledge of Murex Front Office tools on MxG2000 v2.11 (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data, standard reports, VaR, PL Variance tool).
  • Expert in Murex Front Office and Risk modules on MX.III (Pricing, simulation, Market Data, PL VAR, standard reports).
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (contact with traders).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Past experience with offshore is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
