Description

NextLink is an IT Consultancy that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 year. We are looking for a Change Management Consultant

The client plan to extend their current instance of Service Now to include Change, Configuration, Problem and Incident Management Modules.

IT Services are provided - predominantly by external partners - and also from the group. This includes use of Group's existing IT Service Desk suite of tools.

As part of their plan to move from HPSD to Service Now, Group will replace their HP Service Desk tools with the following Service Now modules in January 2018: Change, Configuration, Problem and Incident Management Modules with Service Now solution. Which means that the client must find a replacement for the Services that Group will no longer support.

To address the gap, the client will extend their own instance of Service Now and relevant modules to replace the HP versions that are being decommissioned by Group.

Objectives for OCM Resource:

To collaborate with the client implementation team to deliver a fit-for-purse client Service Now OCM to include:

  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Supporting Communication Plan
  • Stakeholder Training Needs Assessment
  • Training Plan
