Description
A Renewable Energy client is looking for an Execution Contract Manager for a short term assignment for one of their offshore wind farm projects. This is a 2 month freelance contract due to start 26th October 2017 or ASAP until 31st December 2017. This will be based in London 5 days per week, 8 hrs in average.Responsibilities:
- Execution Contract Management of WTG Supply (Yellow FIDIC) and WTG Installation (BIMCO)
- As The Execution Contract Manager in the WTG package your role together with the Package Manager will be to manage the contracts after signing from a commercial and contractual point of view
- In the WTG package the Execution Contract Manager will be primarily managing the Turbine Supply Agreement with the WTG OEM supplier as well as the Installation Vessel Contract with the Vessel Owners
- Must have a Minimum of 5 years experience in managing execution construction projects under Yellow Book FIDIC as Contract Manager or Project Manager
- Must be experienced in offshore wind projects, probably with WTG contracts
- Preferable if the Contract Execution Contract Manager will be experienced in handling BIMCO contracts
