I am recruiting an experienced, qualified accountant for a large blue chip business in West Berkshire.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Overseeing the implementation of IFRS16 Leasing accounting standards across the project
- Being responsible for filing corporate tax returns, VAT administration and other tax elements
- Liaising with finance stakeholders across the project
- Balance sheet reconciliations, annual statutory accounts and managing the external audit process
Essential attributes for applicants include:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
- Educated to degree level
- Prior experience of driving finance systems improvements and implementing or configuring finance systems
- Strong financial and management accounting knowledge
