IT Manager Manager

Description

We're looking for a Senior IT Advisor to work for one of our international clients in The Hague. You will be the thought leader and trusted IT advisor to the HR business. You ensure smooth delivery of existing IT services, whilst working jointly with HR to create new strategy and the underpinning technology components.

Supporting the Portfolio IT Manager, you will manage the strategy, the business drivers, and the individual needs required to create real value for the business through the use of IT.

  • You will engage with stakeholders across the business and look after demand management. You'll listen for, and capture, the future IT needs of the business and you'll align them with the overall strategic direction
  • You will be the business partner to HR. You'll make sure that our operations are stable, you'll take care of project delivery, and you'll be on the lookout for relevant and useful IT innovations
  • You will also shape demand in the business. You'll put project proposals together and will work with the internal IT organization to make sure of their delivery. This will also allow you to act in an advisory/steering capacity for other active projects
  • You will collect input from the business and IT to develop the annual IT Operating Plan
