SharePoint Business Analyst - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH only
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in operating, supporting and/or implementing SharePoint, MS Office, and Exchange/Outlook is considered a strong asset
- Experience with other similar systems is desirable
- Project Management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting and implementing out-of-the-box applications ie plugins to Microsoft solutions
- Experience or interest in providing end-user training
- Abiltiy to develop task list and work independently to execute
- Customer-oriented change management and communication skills
- Certification in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Ability to document clear and complete business requirements
Description of work:
- Business analysis report on the current state (As-Is) processes and performance baseline of defined IT service operations
- Prepare documentation to facilitate the problem-solving and decision-making exercises
- Document the deliverables for all stakeholders
- Develop training/support material
- Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material
- Coordinate the resources across all teams, to execute tests, troubleshooting, deployment and training tasks
- Follow-up on deadlines with providers
