Role: Senior Loyalty Strategist
Location: Surrey
Contract length: ASAP until end of 2017
Day rate: Up to £400 via LTD
Salt are working with one of the world's largest and best known brands, helping to build out their digital capabilities.
They are looking for a senior data planner to join their European operation on a contract basis.
The Senior Data Planner will report into the Head of CRM and be responsible for the strategic and operational design of data and customer contact strategy across the Customer Data-Driven Marketing Platform, including the loyalty platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the data planning and contact strategy of the loyalty platform to ensure that a data driven marketing approach is engrained into all content planning and customer contact strategies.
- Working with internal shareholders and Agency Partners to define data capture, data management, data enrichment and data security and governance processes to reach business objectives. Including GDPR Compliance support from a Marketing perspective.
- Platform Contact Strategy and Analytics: Own and interpret loyalty platform data as part of integrated campaign design and end to end optimisation. Work with stakeholders to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly insight-driven reporting to improve and optimise performance.
- BI Analytics Reporting: Work with CMI & Analytics team to build integrated Customer Insights across multi-channels in order to drive actionable insight across a range of markets
- Integrate data planning processes of loyalty program with the wider CRM team, including the CRM Manager to utilise data appropriately as a touchpoint within a multi-channel strategy (email, push notification, web, social, app). Including input to the development of CRM Campaign Toolkits particularly for product Launches and Lifecycle Campaigns.
- Engage your day-to-day stakeholders with Loyalty program activity and inform them on the insights driven from the programme
- Fully understand the wider CRM Strategy and give input to management in terms of data strategy and database development
Essential experience:
- Strong data planning background with a minimum 5 years' experience
- An operational knowledge of GDPR and the imperatives/implications the business must consider when developing its operational data model
- Experience of creating and executing data strategies across multi-touch point loyalty programmes.
- Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and across agency and internal stakeholder groups
- Ability to involve stakeholders across the organization, sell ideas and tackle conflicts in a productive manner.
- Strong insight skills
- Experience with web content creation and maintenance
- Flexibility to deal with evolving team, individual objectives and challenging market conditions.
