Solution Architect - Telecom/IT/BSS/CRM/Transformation/Digital/Salesforce/eTOM/Vlocity
Our global client is undergoing a radical digital transformation programme to leverage omnichannel experiences and create a competitive advantage through digital selling capabilities and 24/7 customer self care.
We require a CRM Solution Architect to join the project to ensure the design and technical integration activities are conducted to industry best practice.
You will work on the design and implementation of a new CRM platform (Salesforce/Vlocity).
Previous experience of working in large enterprise environments within the telecoms domain is essential.
CRM (Salesforce/Vlocity) experience is required.
You will have strong stakeholder management experience and solid experience of current technologies and architectural principles.
