My client, one of the leading Telco operators in Berlgium, is now looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for the Online Solution team.
You will be working in a team of functional analysts handling projects with impact within the 'online' domain.
The systems within the online portfolio consist of mainly customer facing IT applications & apps that are used to support the many different business domains including:
*BSS Sales & Customer service - customer & product management, contact center and order intake
*BSS Rating & Billing: pre-billing, post-billing, Real Time rating for mobile and fixed
Experience:
* Experience with billing and rating
* Experience with Kenan
*Customer facing solution & integration patterns
*Analysis for custom software development
*Use case analysis and story writing within an iterative model
*Experience within the Telecom sector is a plus
*Technical background is a plus
*Fluent spoken and written English is a must
*NL or FR is a plus
