Senior Finance Project Analyst: Project Management, Six Sigma
A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation is seeking two Finance Transformation Project Analysts (one junior/one senior) to join one of their main shared service centers in Prague. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in finance, project management and strong experience working in multi-national companies within the finance team focusing on functional areas of accounting, controls and performance management.
Key Responsibilities;
- Work with the project team members to establish and maintain an integrated overall project plan.
- Produce dashboards and reports on project progress and status
- Actively participate and facilitate workshops
- Support planning of activities to ensure optimal project execution and use of organizational resources
- Actively communicate with subject matter experts within finance across divisions and functions to define detailed actions plans and ensure all issues and risks are identified with mitigating plans in place to support project implementation
- Prepare communications to regularly update stakeholders on project status
- Identify and facilitate the resolution of problems/issues on a timely and proactive basis - Act as a facilitator for improved performance across all project work-streams
- Assists the Head NGSC Transformation to ensure proper compliance with the project methodology and with all relevant policies and procedures
- Ensure timely review & approval of project documentation and deliverables completed by the respective project owners/work-stream leads
- Collects and analyse data to ensure that the FRA Operations objectives/targets in terms of creating the NGSCs are being met
