Description

Role: Vendor & Change Management

Location: Diemen, Netherlands

Duration: 3 - 6 months

Skills Required:

  • Experience in handling Change and Vendor management function
  • Awareness on Infrastructure & applications
  • Good Analytical skills
  • ITIL V3F certification

Job Description:

Manage the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leaders to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs
Liaise with procurement partners to review, report on and revise contractual agreements as necessary
Manage outward communication to vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
Responsible for ensuring that the Change Management process is being followed correctly
Maintains Continuous Process Improvement on a regular basis
Identifies and documents changes that by-pass the Change Management process and provides information to the SMO to address compliance requirements
Reviews PIRs within assigned areas to ensure completeness, actively participate
CR quality monitoring
Initiates and Tracks active SIP's
Actively participate in CAB calls, and ensure required stakeholders participate
Maintain and update accurate CMDB
Ensure CMDB is updated post every successful change
Closely work with Release and Availability management for effective process interaction
