For our customer we are looking for a Senior Project Manager
Ework is direct supplier to our client - there is no middle layer. This means that we have a good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.
This position requires strong project management skills (preferably Prince2, PMI or similar plus 5+ years of experience), including excellent change management and stakeholder skills.
As a person, you are structured and have high quality standards, and you always strive to find the solution that is best for the client. It is the expectation that you contribute to build a good, effective team that always delivers on deadlines.
Experience leading and delivering complex compliance-driven IT change in a G-SIFI.
Driving vendor selection processes and defining business case for new system implementations.
Managing incremental change to existing branch systems platforms with a footprint of ~15,000 users.
Driving new system implementations of compliance-critical systems integrated with multiple existing solutions with a footprint of ~500 users.
Ability to challenge the status quo, to think strategically but find ways to deliver incremental value.
Working constructively with architects to develop and maintain architecture for the business and IT sides. Unafraid to get into discussions with a number of different and disparate IT teams to resolve issues.
Collaborating with stakeholders in compliance (group and local), business product owners, business risk, group operations and processing.
Demonstrating an incessant drive and tenacity to deliver value in challenging environments.
Moreover, experience with risk assessment and/or cross-organisational roll-out of new concepts is a large plus.
It is an advantage if you have worked within the area of regulatory change (financial crime change if possible), but this is not a prerequisite as long as you a willing to learn and take on a steep learning curve.
