Description
One of our biggest client in Stockholm is currently looking for a MIFID II Administrator to join their project ASAP until the end of the year initially with chance to extend. The contractor could work part time or full time, client is flexible.
Description of assignment:
- The company is in urgent need of a resource to help manage issues and information about Mifid II and the trading of securities they hold in the fund company.
- The service will start immediately and you will work to coordinate information about the companies and their counterparties, as well as answer questions about Mifid II that come in.
- Mifid II is a large project internally at the company and within it there are other needs and regulations as well as information that will be available to their counterparts.
- You will work to compile various questions and information within Mifid II, which will then be sent to the different companies. Much of the information is already based on previous issues and a great deal of work has been done together with the company Legal. You will work to compile how the information looks like going out to the companies as much information as possible should be included.
- The questions that come in today through different companies are via mail and forms with questions, these must also be compiled and answered.
Knowledge:
We are looking for a senior person with an administrative character who can work structured and find a structure for compiling the information to the different companies. You should be self-propelled, detailed-oriented and able to formulate and concept within Mifid II.
In addition to knowledge within Mifid II, it is profitable if the profile has any of the following basic level knowledge:
Funding company
Asset management
Trading
Trade in financial instruments between professional parties
Compliance
Other:

Workplace: Stockholm
Swedish speaking preferred, however English speaking will be considered too
