Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Budget, report results of, analyze and optimize the (digital) media mix on quarterly and monthly level to meet the overall financial targets of the international E-Commerce shops
  • Oversee reporting received from the various internal sources and agencies to compile a broader picture of performance
  • Provide Management reporting inclusive of succinct and insightful commentary that can be understood by multiple departments and experience levels
  • Manage distribution of the marketing calendar which includes promotions, holiday events, and brand initiatives
  • Drive internal channel managers and agencies
  • Oversee the relationship with Creative to ensure best-in-class ad units and copy are being utilized to maximize performance; understand each channel’s unique requirements
  • Serve as a key contact for initiatives that involve digital marketing solutions, programs and systems
  • Bundle/ filter/ validate/ share information and best practices with all stakeholders and across countries
  • Possess working knowledge of core performance digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Search, Comparison Shopping Engines, Affiliates, Display, and Social Advertising
  • Consistently educate on the roles and expected outcomes of each channel and how efforts play a part in driving E-Commerce and Store visits & revenue


Your qualifications
  • Well-founded performance marketing experience with a performance-focused agency, relevant brand or retailer
  • Must have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and have the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives– must be able to quickly adapt to changing projects and priorities
  • Effective time-management and project management skills
  • Strong budgeting & reporting skills
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to build reports and summarize data in meaningful way for the goals of the business
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including mid-level Excel skills
  • Direct experience with analytics tools, campaign management tools
  • Being highly proficient in spoken and written English is required
