Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the division in accordance with the goals and objectives of the department
2. Ensures division activity compliance with the local legislation
3. Demonstrates an intellectual and professional leadership style that supports attainment of respect and creditability by others
4. Coordinates work on task analysis & project management of the request coming from task owners (Marketing and other departments), demand management & technical analysis of all new product/service/campaign/tariff, planning and keeping up to date SN architecture, management of the program aimed at change SN architecture and platforms
5. Coordinates work on technical analysis and planning activities of Service/System/Products
6. Organizes work on software development, integration to the network & testing of developed software applications
7. Ensures uninterrupted service network operation
8. Coordinates work on planning and operation of Data Network, IT Security, Central Storage and backup functions, system and DB infrastructure planning, optimal usage of infrastructure resources
9. Coordinates work on planning, operation and development of Enterprise IT needs of departments and internal users
10. Coordinates works on projects of the division
11. Coordinates interaction of the division with other divisions of ICT department and other departments of the company
12. Participates in recruitment procedure of the division employees
13. Establishes appropriate remuneration levels and performance based conditions for staff
14. Controls use of consultants and services provided by others, and at the same time as developing these skills in employees where possible
15. Analyses and estimates performance effectiveness of the division employees. Organizes work on personnel evaluation and participates in development of measures based on personnel appraisal results, training & development plans.
16. Builds and maintains high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching the staff
17. Organizes work on Code of Ethics and Conduct continuous communication to all division employees
18. Performs acts of the Employer
19. Performs other instructions of Director within his/her competence.
Qualification range
Education
- Higher technical
Experience
- More than 3 years on managerial position in the same field
