Job Purpose

My Client has various regional execution, swap and basket trading offers across diverse client segments and several different desks in Global Markets. The ambitious objective of Global Markets management is to provide a coherent global execution and financing offer for existing and new client segments such as statistical arbitrage funds.

In these exciting times we are looking to temporarily re-inforce the Product Development team with a senior consultant who will bring specific delta-1 expertise.

Key Accountabilities

The role of the Product Management team for the Prime Services business is to provide Front Office leadership to all Technology and Operations infrastructure related projects for the business. Team members are Prime Services subject matter experts who leverage their knowledge and skills to improve the product capabilities and efficiencies of the business. The successful candidate will bring concrete and comprehensive experience and ideas to help redefine the target delta-1 offer for a broad range of existing and prospective clients. We are expecting the consultant to have a proven track record in pragmatic solutions to drive revenues, keep down costs and manage high volumes.

  • Analyse and document business requirements

Expertise

  • 10+ year's prior experience in synthetic Prime Brokerage Front Office with exposure to products and clients.
  • Good knowledge of Equity Execution
  • In depth knowledge of Synthetics events and workflows
  • Ability to absorb significant and complex concepts and communicate at the appropriate level to the target audience.
  • Knowledge of tax, accounting, compliance and regulations applicable to Prime Brokerage a plus.
  • Excellent Change Management Skills
  • Experience with market utilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised and delivery-focused, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy
  • Pro-active in general, taking own initiatives to prevent risks/issues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative
  • Solid work ethic and high levels of motivation
