SAP CRM Process Service Expert - Dutch Speaker
Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking SAP CRM Processes Service Expert
Location: Flanders, Belgium
Start Date:
Duration: 6 months initial
Languages: Dutch and English
Rate: Competitive rate Euros/hour
Scope of project:
- To extend current SAP ECC/ISU solution and CRM 7.0 for customer interactions and customer service solution with a B2C web portal
Role:
- Strengthening CRM core team with an expert in CRM with prior project experience in setting up a CRM system
- Combining consultancy skills with SAP CRM functional and technical knowledge to assist customer in designing and building the web portal
Key Skills:
- Senior/Expert knowledge of SAP CRM (configuration in transactions & UI layer)
- Senior knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware principles
- Experience in SAP CRM implementation project in the following domains: CRM service request management and CRM Interaction Center (focus IS/U), shared service centers of ITSM
- Experience in customer engagement through process externalization in a web portal
- Knowledge of CRM operational reporting
- Knowledge ISU/SAP CS/PM
- Technical knowledge of webportals (Webforms, authentication, navigiation, HTML5, CSS)
- Technical knowledge (SAP CRM technical possibilities, SAP Cloud Portal, UI5/Fiori & oData)
