This is an great opportunity to join a fast-growing and rapidly changing business, reporting directly in to the Recruitment Programmer Manager. This position will require you to find, attract, and connect with the very best candidates in the market.
Role profile
- This is a highly delivery focused role.
- You will be recruiting for open vacancies across the UK
- Working on the end to end recruitment process and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Screen CVs, qualify potential candidates
- Conduct screening calls
- Prepare job adverts
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders across the business
- Work with the HR and Marketing teams to maintain a strong employer brand across social channels
- General recruitment administration eg booking interviews/rooms
- Work with HR to ensure smooth on-boarding process for all new starters
Skills/experience/qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in Agency/internal Recruitment for Technology or Engineering requirements
- Proven track record managing recruitment against tight deadlines
- Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage
- Stakeholder management skills, ability to build strong, trusting relationships and ability to multitask
- Collaborative, results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
