Description

Internal Communication Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • University degree in relevant area as strategic communications or internal communications
  • 5+ years' in internal communication/relevant area
  • 2+ years' experience managing social media platforms or communities
  • Sense in developing and implementing tactical plans that build and nurture online communities
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Implementing, owning and developing communications plans to ensure organizational initiatives
  • Managing long-lead editorial calendars, monitoring online conversations to ensure active and engaged communities
  • Initiating and participating in conversations to build a strong Drug Development community and embed a culture of collaboration
  • Organizing and managing video shoots featuring key Drug Development leaders
  • Working closely with stakeholders
