Job description:
Job Title: Business Solution Specialist

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Skills required:
Strong knowledge of OSS systems in Telco environment, Solution Design, Business Analysis and Requirement management
Implementation experience in one of the COTS packages in the Collections-Payments and Debt Management area preferably FICO Debt Manager V7/8/9.
MUST:
8+ years of strong Business Analysis experience with functional knowledge on large Telco environment, experience in Dutch market is an added advantage
Experience in customer facing roles, good communication and ability to work independently
Experience in working Agile projects
