Salesforce Product Owner: Sales & Marketing, JIRA, Agile/Scrum
A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Belgium is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner who has 5+ years' experience in implementing Salesforce.com solution for Sales and Marketing processes as well as a strong background in systems support/development applying systems solutions to business problems.
Further requirements are as follows;
* Experience with Agile/Scrum Techniques and tools like JIRA (Writing user stories in particular is a big selling point)
* Experience in implementing other salesforce.com product such as Communities, Service or Marketing Cloud is a strong plus.
* Salesforce.com certification is desired.
* Strong knowledge of relational databases concepts.
* Familiarity with business process flow and/or entity relationship modelling.
* Strong communication (verbal/written/listening) skills.
* Good organizational skills.
* Demonstrated focus on quality.
* Must be detail oriented and able to work within a team setting.
* Experience in system testing, problem resolution, and training.
* Bachelor degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business
* Self-organised and ability to prioritise in a fast changing environment
* Experience working with and/or driving remote teams across continents and time zones is a benefit.
