My client is seeking an experienced Site Planner who has previous airport experience.
The successful candidate will take ownership of Site Plan, update progress using project scheduling package on a weekly basis, perform an analysis of the plan and produce commentary describing the outcome of the analyses for consumption of stakeholders.
Control the Site planning process, generation of the 4 week look ahead following weekly format of preparing PPC (Planned Production Control) worksheet whereby resource is allocated across programme of works. PPC is split into Actual and Forecast works, which forms the basis of the Daily Pre-start sheets which identify an Activity taking place, the location and planned labour for the activity, as well as the relevant method statements.
The Site Planner will be responsible for issuing these Daily Pre-start sheets to relevant stakeholders. This exercise supports the main Site Plan whereby it is to be updated on a weekly basis with actual progress and reported to stakeholders, along with a supporting narrative.
Top 5 Skills Applicants should have:
1) Microsoft Project
2) Excel
3) Background in Baggage, Warehousing, Automative and understands the build of a system
4) Presentation of site detail build plan to client, 4 week look ahead
5) Ability to discuss build with installers and interpret in to percentage complete for overall project programme.
