Campaign Planning Specialist/CRM/SQL/Data Planning/Luton/6 months Initial/Competitive Daily Rate
At Spring Technology we are currently recruiting for the position of a Campaign Planning Specialist with a strong commercial acumen.
As Campaign Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for the supply of accurate customer data for a variety of customer communications and initiatives. In this role you will become a specialist in the customer programmes you work with, owning the end-to-end process, feeding back suggestions to stakeholders for campaign optimisation and become an expert in the underlying data. It will be your responsibility to work with senior stakeholders from across the business, picking up data briefs, assessing requirements and building campaigns within our CRM tool - IBM Campaign/Unica.
The role is primarily an operational role and will require demonstrable skills within IBM Campaign or Unica; and being able to explain technical detail to a non-technical audience. With these communication skills, you will also be expected to set out suggestions to stakeholders, based upon any trends that you see in you findings. The data you collect will also be subject to your own quality analysis, to ensure 100% accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving a brief
- To build and execute campaigns in UNICA
- Identify potential and actual gaps and feed them back to the technical team
- Conduct Testing campaigns - (UAT and end to end testing)
- To interact with local specialists
- Taking to local market for approval
- Data Planning
- Conduct Quality Analysis of data
Requirements:
- A proven background in Data Planning
- Experience within multi-channel campaign planning
- The ability to build and execute new campaigns, QA and document.
- Solid understanding of CRM data systems (IBM Campaign/Unica), processes and analytics platforms
- CRM experience (upsell, acquisition and retention marketing)
- Sound knowledge and experience of using SQL to at least an intermediate level
- Exposure to email broadcast tools such as IBM Marketing Cloud
- Superb engagement and influencing skills in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical situations to a non-technical audience
