Description
Working within the newly formed Sales Support function and reporting into the Search Delivery Manager the Search Specialists will provide global support to the Darwin group sales teams. The key objective for every Search Specialist is to become experts in the field of data mining and online search through Darwin's comprehensive learning & development programme and be able to identify the highest quality candidates across multiple technology and geographic areas.
Responsibilities:
- Dedicated support to a group of consultants across multi-geographic regions within the US & Europe.
- High level search & data mining using a number of in-house and online tools including - bespoke CRM, LinkedIn, XING, Stackoverflow, Github, Monster, Jobserve, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
- Participation in ongoing training to ensure continuous development of search skills in order to provide high level results.
- Entry of all data being generated within the internal CRM ensuring data quality standards are met at all
- Client lead generation & market mapping to provide the sales consultants with prospect sales calls.
- Ongoing development of creative writing skills to provide a fresh approach to passive candidates.
