Management Information (MI) Change Manager - Finance Change
GIOS Technology are an IT and Business Consultancy predominantly delivering services into the Financial Services. Our client, a Tier 1 Bank, is undergoing their Brexit Strategy in preparation for March 2019.
The Finance function plays a key role in the overall definition of the strategy and needs to address the changes of its target operating model driven by this strategy, namely
- Inclusion of new business and products, on financial markets and corporate scopes
- Incorporation of new branches or subsidiaries
Role description:
- Identify and manage the MI reporting and processes impacts due to new corporate and market products and businesses transferred to its French Entity
- Establish requirements roadmap and planning of these changes
- Coordinate with subject matters experts within businesses, IT and other functions in France and globally
- Work on data & systems solution designed within Finance in France and Globally
- Raise risk and issues identifying several options to support management decision making
- Ensure interface with IT Finance department & Global Change MI team to properly manage delivery of system upgrades
- Define test and UAT plan in case of system changes
- Analyze processes and identify improvements
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and change management skills
- Knowledge in general management and business related reporting
- Ability to interact with business and finance representatives at senior level
- Efficient use of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
As this role is to be based in France and co-ordination with the UK, you MUST be fluent in French and English.
