Description
We are looking to employ a competent Business Process Analysis:
Task Purpose:
- Collaborate with IT Stakeholders to elicit process requirements
- Map the end to end current (as-is) J/M/L process
- Document use cases/scenarios
- Analyze process gaps, inefficiencies, problems
- Define a problem statement
- Map the target (to-be) process along with any other recommendations.
- Identify sub-process accountabilities
Deliverables:
Key Performance Indicators
- IT Stakeholder approval of JML (as-is) process
- IT LT approval of problem statement
- IT Stakeholder approval of To-Be process
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in Business Systems and Process Analysis
- Experience working with HR business processes
- Experience working with Identity & Access Management (IDAM) systems
- Formal training in business analysis practices
- Experience in LEAN business process analysis preferred
- Effective leadership and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
