Description
A US Listed Research Business is looking for a highly talent Swedish speaking Senior Finance Manager.
The role of the Finance Manager is to support business operations and play a key role in the global financial reporting process.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of month end close and financial reporting to produce timely and accurate reports
- Daily and monthly accounting for the Swedish legal entity and production of the management accounts.
- Reconciliations of the income statement and balance sheet, ensuring clear action plans are completed.
- Contact for SSC supervising transactional activities related to the Swedish legal entity.
- Work with internal/external auditors to ensure an effective internal control environment and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Budget/forecast process with one budget per year & quarterly reforecast to performance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Swedish/US GAAP is essential, IFRS is desirable.
- Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years post qualified experience
- Fluent in Swedish.
- Enthusiastic finance manager with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- An eye for detail and the passion to ensure accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
