Description
Our client, a Federal Government Department is seeking the services Multiple Business Analysts. The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Engage with stakeholders across the department, such as relevant business areas, IT development and support teams and others;
- Undertake business analysis tasks such as organising and conducting stakeholder workshops, collecting user requirements.
- Scope, cost and document business high level requirements
- Methodically investigate, analyse, review and document business processes and specifications.
- Contribute to business process modelling.
- Analyse and document detailed business requirements in the form of systems specifications
- Liaise with business to resolve system issues.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a business analyst within an application development environment, with preference to those with no less than 5 years in analysing complex business processes within an agile framework such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and negotiate with business and technical personnel.
- Well-developed documentation skills for writing clear concise business requirements including features and user stories
- Sound and effective organisational skills, including the ability to manage changes to business requirements and priorities and work within tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with EA, Visio and Agile tools.
- Experience in producing Business Process Models and using BPM software. (Desirable)
Contract: ASAP to 30th June 2018
