Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Consultant for a 12-18 month contract focused on an organization-wide SAP implementation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with HR business teams through the life cycle of an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation, and ensure high quality delivery of software.
- Support the blueprinting process, gathering customer requirements and expectations. Map current state processes to future state business processes identifying technology gaps.
- Assist customers in the development of processes and procedures which leverage HCM solution functionality being deployed.
- Execute system testing and provide guidance on user acceptance testing. Participate in defining automation test objectives, strategies, infrastructure and standards.
- Collaborate closely with development team, testing products through entire release cycle.
- Develop positive relationships with the customer team.
- Use knowledge of customer's business and industry to assess findings and shape solutions.
- Speak to a variety of customers from different departments, at different levels and in large or small groups (eg customer project manager, technical team).
- Provide progress information and escalate project issues to the project manager to help ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5+ of experience in business analysis or project management in SAP
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM modules
- Experience implementing Success Factors solutions
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with many teams including networking, security, Middleware, and development and operations support groups to efficiently and effectively deliver operational excellence
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
