Description
- Minimum 5 Salesforce.com full life cycle implementations
- Experience managing 2 large-scale Salesforce.com implementations including technical solution delivery, functional and technical team performance and project financials
- Displayed deep expertise in Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud platforms
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple functions associated in the areas of software engineering, infrastructure, product management and business operations
- Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in all aspects of project delivery
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective delivery of multiple project components (technical and operational) related to Salesforce.com programs
- Manage the activities of 50+ people across multiple teams to achieve strategic goals
- Oversee dependencies and remove obstacles that pose risk to program success across multiple functional organizations and project teams
- Anticipate issues and risks that may jeopardize the success of program components or the program as a whole
- Facilitate healthy relationships across program teams with diverse technical & non-technical roles
- Influence stakeholders and program participants through relationships skills
Certifications
- PMP Certification a plus
- Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant
