Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Order Entry
- Communication with clients and client managers
- Stock management
- Project assistance for Large client roll outs
- Working with the Internal Account Managers
- Reporting on order/kit volumes for clients each month
- Arranging engineers to install kit
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Skills Required:
- Use of Outlook, MS Office and Excel
- Previous IR reseller or distributor experience
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Strong communication skills
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- An administrative or sales background
- Must be detail oriented
Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30.
