Butler Rose is pleased to be partnering an International business with the recruitment of a Fixed Asset ERP Implementation Accountant to support a Finance Oracle ERP implementation, on a three months contract basis.
Based in Oxfordshire, this role requires a qualified Accountant with experience of working with an ERP Fixed Asset Module who is able to understand system Setup and can carry out complex Data Migration Reconciliations. Therefore, they must have experience of working with an ERP Project Financial Management Module, ideally using either Oracle Fusion or E-business Suite (Fixed Assets/Project Financial Management/Project Billing). Also, hold the ability to use Visio and have experience of producing process maps and procedure documentation.
The Fixed Asset ERP Implementation Accountant will be tasked with the below work to be completed around the Projects & Fixed Asset Module;
- Data Migration of Tax Books
- GL Fixed Asset Data Migration Reconciliation
- Project Billing Testing
- Project Billing Training Materials
- Project Billing Process Maps and procedures
- Deliver Project Billing Training
- Set-up of Project Billing Projects
- New Projects and budget set-up by project once 2018 Budget is approved
- Project Reporting to be defined and built
This is an urgent requirement for the client, therefore, candidates must be available on a two weeks notice period or less.
