Description
Scrum Master
Main aspect of the role would be Agile Coaching across teams.
The role involves facilitating the team as a servant-leader, removing impediments, building a blameless culture, ensuring that the delivery process is being adhered to, coaching people to enable them to fulfil their roles within the team and always identifying ways to improve at all levels across the delivery process.
Required:
- min 3+ years' operating as a Scrum master
- Recognized Agile Certification eg Certified Scrum Master, Agile PM
- Strong understanding of the agile values and process including backlog structure, agile story structure and purpose, velocity tracking, team roles and release planning
- In-depth knowledge of Jira: organising projects, setting up sprints, backlogs, dashboards and report
- Backlog Ceremonies
- Discovery, Grooming, Planning (Planning, Execution and Follow Up)
- Ensuring PO/BA/UX team have prepared for the sessions
- Coaching team on a healthy backlog (Size, Metric Focus and Prioritisation)
