Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant
Key Requirements:
- Experienced senior Payroll consultant to lead and deliver Oracle Payroll project to deliver a Pension Salary Sacrifice enhancement.
- Knowledge of Oracle Payroll capabilities and hands on implementation experience is essential.
- Consultants will need to work with the client to familiarise them with the Oracle Payroll capabilities and processes and support them through the implementation and transition to the new functionality.
- The ability to understand payroll business process and UK legislation requirements and translate these into system solutions, resolving any business issues is essential.
- The role will involve client interaction and the individual must have good analysis, interpersonal and communication skills.
- As a senior consultant they will also be expected to lead a team and experience of this in a project environment is essential.
- A key emphasis is on implementing solutions that make a difference by ensuring the delivery of quantifiable benefits to the client.
Key Experience:
- Must have excellent knowledge of Oracle Payroll and UK Payroll Legislation
- Must have experience of at least two full life cycle Oracle Payroll implementations.
- Must have experience of implementing Pension Salary Sacrifice scheme
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise and plan own work and also work effectively as part of a large team.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to use the UOM/AIM implementation methods and deliverables.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge/experience of Pensioners Payroll Implementation.
- Knowledge of Payroll Costing and Financials Integration.
- Knowledge of OTL and Payroll Integration is desirable
- Knowledge of RTI, Auto Enrolment and Retro-Pay.
