My client are looking for an operations manager/support manager/relations manager with card payments industry to act as an account executive supporting customers/acquirers in the card payments industry. You will be the main point of contact between operations and the customer. Your role will involve but not be limited to, on-boarding customers, assisting them with annual releases, acting as the main point of contact between the customer and the business for any issues and troubleshooting. You may also be required to take on some projects to manage. Excellent opportunity to work for large blue chip customer. English speaking environment any (cantonese or mandarin a plus but not essential)
