SAP Record To Report (RtR) Functional Lead
12 Month Contract/Competitive
The Functional Lead is responsible for using their expertise to support SAP implementation programme and the business across all phases of the programme life cycle.
This includes providing business requirements and knowledge to support solution design, build, test, cutover; and working with stakeholders to understand the implications of the SAP solution for the business. The Functional Lead plays a key role in preparing the business for roll out. As an advocate for the process & technical solution for their functional area and working with key stakeholders to build engagement, understanding & readiness for the programme.
Scope:
- The job holder will report to the Functional Lead, and work closely with members of the Deployment teams, as well as the third party integrator and the SAP Centre of Excellence support organization.
- The role may involve an element of national & international travel
- This role will require working in a Matrix management environment
Key responsibilities:
BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Organization Change ManagementParticipate in workshops to confirm business implications & business impacts of Unify processes & solution
- Work with Change Management function and Global Process Owner to identify Unify impacts to overarching global business policy and operating model
- Supports the preparation & delivery of business understanding & adoption activities for their process area.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Under the direction of the Functional Lead communicate and engage with key stakeholders to help drive buy-in & public advocacy for the solution
- Participate in walkthroughs for the functional area to ensure business understanding & drive adoption of the solution
- Champions & advocates the solution for their functional area
Education & Training
- Contributes to the development & review of training curriculum, training needs analysis and education & training materials for their functional area
- Delivers & support implementation education & training sessions, including process education/focus sessions, knowledge transfer & go-live training for Super Users, End Users & Training Developers/Deliverers
