Organizational Change Manager (OCM)
12 Months Contract

An experienced OCM is needed to work for our reputable client. The Change Manager will be responsible for planning and manage all the activities required to implement the people and business-related change associated with introducing SAP into a specific business as part of a defined release.
Change Leads will also provide guidance and leadership to the change network and work with all levels of the business to develop and deliver change interventions into the business.
Knowledge of change methodologies and ERP (SAP) implementation best practice is needed for this role as well as the experience of project management disciplines and working within complex projects and programmes.
This role may involve an element of national and international travel.
