Business Process Consultant
I am recruiting a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant for a role based in London. The right candidate will have a proactive attitude, forward thinking and 2 years experience in ServiceNow from a Business Process perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage client engagements with senior stakeholders and project teams
*Provide business analysis skills to solve problems, understand and document customer requirements
*Assist clients with ServiceNow roadmap development and delivery to support their business change initiatives
*Project management, using Agile methodology, to manage projects and ensure successful delivery
*Sequencing and allocation of development work to Implementation Consultants and supervising the delivery of that work
*Provide leadership and mentoring to less senior staff as required
*Keep abreast of industry trends in the Service Management arena and developments in ServiceNow applications
*Share best practices and knowledge with colleagues
Key Requirements:
*Outstanding Communication skills, professional and approachable
*Minimum of 2 years experience in ServiceNow
*Proven ServiceNow and Service Management implementation and consultation experience
*Excellent client facing and engagement management (trusted advisor)
*Strong analysis and problem solving skills
*Proven functional and business requirements gathering with specification writing
*In depth understanding of Service Management best practice - ITIL
*Thorough knowledge of Project Management methodology - Agile
