Data Pricing Analyst - Revenue Management
Prestigious London based client is looking for an accomplished Revenue and Data Pricing Analyst to join their Data and Revenue Team. The Revenue and Data Pricing Analyst will help develop strategies to offer the correct price to a wide range of categories and customers. Use multiple data sources to drive clear insights and then simplify for stakeholder engagement and action.
*Understand market trends, analysing the internal and external data available driving revenue management work streams & opportunities;
*Working with the revenue management systems to implement these strategies
*Review business performance and improve revenue performance
*Spot and react to future revenue challenges (eg competitor, economic) before they negatively affect performance
*Working as part of a team, you will be comfortable sharing ideas whilst also ensuring best practice is followed
*Ensure attractive prices and products for key customers
*Monitor economic, market and channel trends and taking appropriate pricing action
*Lead & contribute to projects that test out new ways of increasing revenue through making pricing, inventory, or system changes
Essential:
*Excellent analytical skills, including depth of experience in using Excel
*Experienced in data sources and turning data to insight to action
*Ability to make decisions with conflicting and incomplete data from multiple sources
*Experience of playing a key role in analytical projects
*Market trend analysis
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Pro-active, organized and able to work independently
*A commercial and/or numerical background, or relevant experience;
