SMART Metering Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Solihull

Rate: £400 pwd

Simply put, my client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor owned Energy companies in the world. They play a vital role in delivering gas and electricity to many millions of people across Great Britain and North-Eastern US in an efficient, reliable and safe manner.

The Role:

In this hybrid role as a SMART Metering Customer Relationship Manager to develop and maintain trusting and beneficial relationships with multiple Business Customer Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Customer Relationship Plans for each Business Customer Partner, identifying key customer relationships and growth opportunities
  • The identification and management of key external opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience reputation of the clients Smart Programme
  • Leading the regular Business Customer Partner meeting and reporting activities (such as; MI, Reporting packs, Customer satisfaction)

About You

  • An appreciation of SMART metering and/or SMETS phases would be an advantage
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Strong customer focus/service in a B2B environment
