Description
For one of my clients, a major European company based in Brussels, I am looking for an IT and a non IT Buyer. This role provides the opportunity to carry out negotiations, complex bids, strategic sourcing and to manage multiple RFP/RFQ through from end-to-end. The Buyer will interact with International Suppliers located all around Europe and with internal stakeholders.
Key Job Responsibilities for this position include
- Strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to understand key cost drivers in Procurement especially for direct.
- The ability to understand technical specification.
- The ability to summarize and present complex topics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organised and have excellent attention to detail
- Hands on, able to take initiative and be a source of proposals
- English in mandatory. Dutch and/or French appreciated
