Sales Support Analyst

Leading global Financial Service organisation require a Sales Support Analyst for an initial 6 month contract with the potential for extension.

Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing.
Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and Administration Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.

Position responsibilities:

*Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in AP or AR
*Responsible for Expenses
*Must have business background on invoicing
*Invoicing processing daily basis - 5-6 invoices to raise - Will carry out a few checks
*Quarterly invoices templates already setup in the system so will just need to run reports
*Assist with preparing monthly forecast
*Assist will other administrative duties
*60 % Assisting with invoicing - Issuing invoices quarterly and on a adhoc basis
*Use a system called Concur - Go on to the system and process all the expenses and forward to VP's - Expenses are flights travel etc, lunches
*Must be flexible with working hours due to call taking and different time zones in Australia - Candidate will gain this time back
*Microsoft Office Experience
*Desired Experience: Systems Metastorm & Salesforce
*This role will be on-going
*Hours: 9-5.30
