Pay-rate: £500 per day
Duration of contract: 6 months (with possible extension)
IR35 status: Inside IR35
Experience
- Significant in-depth knowledge and experience of pressure surge management methods/procedures
- Significant in-depth knowledge of performance management methods/procedures
Knowledge/Understanding
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the client pressure surge regime and its implementation.
- Demonstrable data analysis skills to interrogate and interpret operational performance
- Experience on leading on specific pressure surge and performance issues with acute trusts, developing monitoring and reporting on action plans and recovery plans
- Knowledge of client data and systems.
- Proven experience of driving performance improvement
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of national, regional and local performance targets and reporting requirements, especially where in relation to pressure surge
- Experience of driving performance improvements through a strong performance culture.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with knowledge of the key acute and pressure surge systems and information sets is essential.
