Salesforce Solutions Architect - Canary Wharf - immediate start
Square One are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to come on board for a 3 month contract based in Central London.
- Should be able to architect solutions between Salesforce and other systems like Zuora.
- Should have an understanding of billing, revenue recognition & payment processing.
- Should have an understanding of email integration with Salesforce with/without marketing cloud/Adobe Campaign Mgmt.
- Should have an understanding of service cloud including Knowledge, Live agent (customisation)
- Should have an understanding of migration to Lightning
- Should have deep knowledge of Sf communities
Responsibilities
- To be able to design and architect solutions with other systems like AWS in picture.
- To be able to advice on SF governor limits and best practises.
- To be able to work with client product, marketing, CS and QA teams for defect triage and resolution
- To be able to mediate & resolve on call incidents - when escalated.
- To be able to develop using Apex, Vf when needed.
- To be able to guide the teams to use best practises and do peer reviews.
- To be able to discuss architectural solutions with client and supplier Architects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work different timezones (JST, CST etc) as and when the project demands.
- To be able to run client demos and workshops independently.
- To be able to manage sprints, velocity charts, reporting in JIRA
- To be able to sit in monthly service reviews and be answerable for all concerns/queries related to delivery.
- To be able to effort estimate new changes/CRs/fixes etc.
This is a contract role based in Central London starting immediately
