Community & Social Manager Turkish

Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.

They require a Turkish speaking Community & Social Manager to define, manage and execute our client's community and social strategy and educate users via forums, blogs, social media, events and webinars. This is an interesting and varied role, ideal for an individual with a strong interest in social media platforms and community engagement. The initial contract on offer is for 5 months.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead innovations in community and social programs, including piloting new channels and process innovations, and measuring/driving community health goals.
  • Define, manage and execute community and social strategy for the Product team; contribute to overall community strategy.
  • Ensure user questions receive quality, timely answers by working with power users to respond, and respond directly when appropriate.
  • Manage forum hygiene by reducing spam, duplicate discussions and directing power user workflows.
  • Manage, understand and report on community health and success; analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights into user needs.
  • Guide vendors, power users and influencers to represent the organisation well through relationships, coaching, training, problem solving and process improvements.

Do you have the right experience for this role?

  • Fluent Turkish and English
  • Min 2 years previous community management, community operations or social media management experience ideally gained within a large company environment
  • Experience of different support channels such as user forums/Facebook/Twitter
  • Strong relationship management is essential
  • Analytical skills - able to present data in the form of insights and able to read into the numbers and show what it means for the market
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
